For days when my energy levels are low or when I'm not feeling my best, I take the Shield Up capsules. They are loaded with high quality ingredients that I would find hard to consume through my regular diet, such as maca root and organic tumeric. These capsules have high levels of vitamin C to boost the immune system and calm stress levels with adaptogens such as Rhodiola rosea root.

As well as supplements, Hush & Hush have a vegan protein powder which is great if you want to increase your protein intake while also providing the body with omegas and minerals. I like to mix the powder with almond milk or add it into a smoothie! This is great as a post-workout snack, it helps me to replenish my body while refuelling the mind.
