- 4 tablespoons of Flahavans porridge oats
- 1/2 scoop of Lean and Clean Protein Excellence
- 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
- 1/2 cup of Alpro Almond milk
- 3 tablespoons of Glenisk low fat vanilla yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon of coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, mixed nuts,
- 1/2 teaspoon of Cinnamon
- 1/2 cup chopped blueberries and strawberries
1. Place the porridge oats and chia seeds into a jar and mix dry ingredients together.
2. Add the 1/2 scoop of Protein Excellence powder and the Alpo Almond just enough so that it can soak up the oat, chia seed and protein powder mixture.
3.Place the Glenisk yoghurt top along with the cinnamon.
4. Top it off with the coconut, pumpkin seed and mixed nuts and fruit mix of your choice!
5. Place in the fridge overnight and ready to eat next morning!
